Shipping costs:

Orders shipping domestically within Greece with an order value of less than 89€ will be charged a flat rate of 3€ and will be shipped via ELTA (as standard mail). For orders exceeding 90€ and more, shipping is free and will be sent either via ELTA (as standard mail) or courier depending on the artwork purchased.

Orders shipping Worldwide with an order value of less than 199€ will be charged a flat rate of 10€ and will be shipped via ELTA (as standard mail). For orders exceeding 200€ and more, shipping is free and will be sent either via ELTA (as standard mail) or courier depending on the artwork purchased.

Shipping times:

All artworks are packaged safely according to standard artwork packaging requirements and depending on their dimensions will be shipped to you either flat or in a cardboard cylinder.

Depending on whether the artwork you have chosen is in stock, timelines may vary. Each category of prints has a separate reproduction timeline for printing, packaging and shipping to your chosen address. If the print you have chosen is not in stock you will be informed by mail. The estimated timelines for printing and packaging are:

Art Prints and Digital Prints: Up to 5 working days

Linoleum Prints: Up to 15 working days

Once your order has been processed you will receive a further email containing a tracking number informing you of the estimated timelines that need to be taken for the order to reach your address. Orders are shipped according to location and depending on your purchase will either be sent via ELTA (as standard mail) or courier (UPS, ACS or DHL). The estimated timelines for shipping are:

Domestic shipping within Greece: 2-5 working days

Worldwide shipping: 1-3 weeks 

If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait for 48 hours before contacting us. We will do our best to locate the package and extend your timeframe for refunds and exchanges. We are not liable for mishandling or failed delivery by shipping services.
