Returns & refunds
Cancellations are non-acceptable and non-refundable.
If the artwork you have received is damaged in transit I am more than happy to handle this on a case-by-case basis with individual purchases who can provide details and documentation for the damage. Creasing and bends can be flattened. You may be asked to file a claim with the shipping service. If the order is a complete loss and a reprint is offered, returning artwork to the studio would be appreciated, either in the original packaging or sturdy packaging. Collectors are responsible for shipping costs for replacing prints. Artworks that are damaged after delivery are not replaced so make sure to place the artwork away from possible water or heat damage and handle the artwork with care when framing and stretching.
Lost / Stolen Package
If the package is marked as “Delivered” and has not arrived at your address make sure to check the confirmation email to ensure that you have input the correct shipping address. The artwork will not be replaced if the shipping address is incorrect. If the address is valid and you believe the package has been lost or stolen or missed the delivery, you must contact the delivery service personally. If artwork is unable to be delivered and is returned to the studio, I would be happy to reship it but I ask that you pay for the additional postage. I am unable to reprint any order for free that has been not delivered, lost, or stolen.
Liability for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping services and any damage incurred post-delivery is not mine. My artworks are packaged safely according to standard artwork packaging requirements and depending on their dimensions will be shipped to you either flat or in a cardboard cylinder. Handle your new artwork with care when unwrapping and framing.
